We received our first Active Flag at Woodland NS in 2019. Our school is a hive of sporting activity with the children
leading many of the sporting initiatives and games that take place in our school.
Our focus is inclusion, participation and exploration of the many sports and games in our school and local community.
Our active committee has organised numerous fun activities in the school for our children as well as very successful
active weeks.
We are very grateful and thankful for the support and advise we have received from our parents, local sports clubs, local businesses and past pupils who have gone on to excel in the world of sport, locally, nationally and
internationally.
