Coding Week in Ms Duffy’s Senior Infants Class

Maths and coding week was full of interesting activities. Sixth class came down to show us how to program the Bee-bots and use the app. We had Maths Stations with Ms Harkin and Ms Mc Gonigle which involved moving from group to group to take part in fun hands on Maths activities. Then Ms Friel and her first class treated us to a most enjoyable morning in her class. Her children had devised 12 fun maths activities for us to work through, ranging from measuring and weighing, pattern, estimation , calculating and problem solving. They really got our brains working. Huge thanks to Ms Friel and her class for all the hard work. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and your lovely first class.
