The boys and girls in 2nd Class explored floating and sinking recently.
They learned that an unpeeled orange will float and a peeled orange will not float.
They took part in a challenge to see if they could create a boat that would float in water out of modelling clay. Once they got their boat to float they added some peas (passengers) to see how many passengers their boat could carry.
