All the boys and girls, teachers and SNAs and parents were treated to an amazing Woodland Has Talent show last week.
The first show took place on Thursday morning when the junior classes came to see it.
The second show took place on Thursday afternoon when the senior classes came to see it.
Everyone was blown away by the talent in our school!!
After the senior show the children voted for their favourite act- the act that wowed them the most.
The winners were announced on Friday morning- 1st- Jeremiah playing ‘Perfect’ on the keyboard, 2nd- Cassie and Gillian and their Gangsta Granny sketch, 3rd- Megan singing ‘All I Want’.
We were so impressed with every single act and if we were in charge of picking the winner we would have picked every single one of them. We hope they have inspired children in the younger classes to pursue their own talents and to audition for Woodland Has Talent in the future.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved- the children who performed, our 5th class opening act, our MCs, our stage crew, photographers, videographers, PowerPoint conductors and the children and SNAs who prepared the posters and displays in the hall. It really was a team effort.
